The business newspaper Veckans Affärer has listed the 101 Swedish Super talents of the year in 7 different categories and makes clear that "The super talents are smart, well educated and younger than ever."

Lund University is represented by a super talent working at School of Economics and Management and Department of Business Administration. In the category Opinionsbildare ("Opinion leaders") researcher Roland Paulsen, post doc at Dep. of Business Administration, ends up as top 5.

Paulsen, sociologist and organization scholar, is a well-known debater and researcher who had a major impact during 2014 not at least through his book Empty Labor: Idleness and Workplace Resistance, observing "non-work at work" and the phenomenon of immersing into "empty labor".

We will definitely be hearing more from Roland Paulsen very soon with the upcoming book "Vi bara lyder", a study of the Swedish Employment Agency.
