Where do I find my exam results when Ladok is closed?
From March 21 at 17:00 until April 9 the student records database Ladok will be closed to both students and staff at Lund University due to the upgrade to a new Ladok version. During this period, you will not be able to enter information into or retrieve information from Ladok.
For more information about the close-down, see the LU web.
Anonymized lists with the exam results will be posted on the respective course page in Live@Lund during this period.
During these weeks you will be able to pick up your exam in the exams office as usual, see the opening hours of the exams office to the right on this page.
Pick up written exam
To pick up your written exam you need to show your ID (passport/driving license/identification card/LU card) and sign the exam coversheet.
You can pick up a friend’s exam as well but a power of attorney is then needed as well as ID cards for both of you.
Signing up for examination
If you are registered on the course for the first time, you are automatically registered on the regular examination and on the first re-take.
If you are taking a re-take exam for the second time and/or if you are re-registered on a course, you should register for the exam to your course administrator via email no later than a week before the exam date. The exam registration must contain course code, your name and personal number. You find the course administrator of your course on the course page in Live@Lund or via contact info to the administration.
Did you know that you can get exams from previous semesters to use for practice? You can pick them up yourself in the basement of EC1 (under the reception).
