Two Master's programs collaborate for more sustainable business ideas!

Some of the take aways from the workshop presented through Mentimeter.

“We have the same kind of students, they just study different subjects” says Craig Mitchell, Programme Director of the Master’s programme in Entrepreneurship and Innovation during yesterday’s digital event. Indeed, because both programmes are interdisciplinary with students from all over the world with different academic backgrounds. However, they are all change makers and innovators striving to create a more sustainable future together!

This is what happened: students from two Master’s programmes met during a joint workshop on sustainability and entrepreneurship. The students from the Master’s programme in Environmental Management and Policy at IIIEE acted as consultants on the entrepreneurship students’ business ideas discussing:

• What are the sustainability aspects of this business idea? Identify! 
• From a sustainability perspective, what are the business risks? 
• From a sustainability perspective, what are the business opportunities?
